Value for money in the Colombo. It's Very close to the Colombo City and the location was good. It's Very close to Diyatha Uyana park, Port city, Immigration office & Colombo City. Everything. The apartment was in a fabulous area where we could walk or grab a quick Uber if we preferred. Check in and out was easy. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of 4, so clean and comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend.

Spectacular apartment with luxurious modern elements throughout. Very comfortable bed and beautifully designed bathroom and walk-in closet. The open plan living/dining/kitchen was extremely spacious and had beautiful ocean views from the balcony! We would love to stay again, especially for a longer period. Check-in is with onsite staff at The Fab bakery, very conveniently located downstairs. Entrance is through a back gate manned by a security guard and up an elevator so it's important to make a note of those instructions if you're coming and going when the bakery is closed.

From the minute we arrived the staff were attentive and interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible, especially I think as we were in our 70's, nothing was too much trouble, very professional. Breakfast was excellent. The Manager went out of his way to show us to a nearby very good restaurant, The Embassy. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a Colombo hotel which provided facecloths, along with a bath tub, it was a real treat! The pool was extremely clean. The neighbourhood very quiet making it a peaceful two night holiday. We will be back next time we have to go to Colombo for sure.

A beautiful property with a very relaxed, tranquil feel away from the hustle and bustle of the main Colombo Streets but still a great location to get to places easily . Room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely open air dining room where we had the best breakfasts. The staff were very professional and super friendly and helpful. Amazing service from everyone.

    Even though the villa is located 2-3Kms away from passport office it's unbelievably quit and calm. You don't feel that you are living in the capital.

    Incredibly beautiful palace with gracious hosts! We loved every minute of our stay at the Villa 53. Meals are fantastic- home cooked from scratch every day. Pool is warm and welcoming. Location is convenient. Hope we can come and stay there again soon!
