Walking trails up the slope amid the trees: birdsong and running water over ancient stone. Quiet, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities. A lovely region too. Would happily stay again. Great little home with a 1-minute walk to The Royal Hotel for a drink in the beer garden and lovely meal in the bistro. A little piqued about parking in the street, though it ultimately presented no problem at all.
