Dreamy location surrounded by palms and and white sands, it felt very secluded and relaxing. Staff were super nice, the apartment was cosy but very spacious, with a big terrace and hammock. The little kitchenette was a big plus as not much nearby to eat out. The rooftop terrace was also a gorgeous spot for a sunset drink. We wished we were staying longer!

I was worried at first that this might be the wrong choice, since it’s a bit far from the park entrance and the main hiking trail. But this place turned out to be absolutely magical. I would recommend it to anyone. While sitting outside on the little terrace, I saw so much wildlife right in front of the cabin: two types of monkeys, an agouti, parrots, a sloth, a squirrel, iguanas, tons of birds, and even a snake. The cabin itself is super comfortable. It feels cozy, and the bed is really nice. Also, it’s easy to catch a small shuttle or bus from here to both the main park entrance and the starting point of the hike to Cabo San Juan, which makes it a really convenient base. Truly an unforgettable stay in Tayrona.

Great food, drinks the tents are awesome, spacy and has everythig you need to just drop of your bags and run to the beach and admire the coast. Showers and toilets very clean and accessible at first we were skeptic on going out at night to the bathroom but after a couple hours you realice the beach is your home and it just doesnt matter. You become one with the beach after a couple days.

We have travelled around South America for the past 5 weeks and our stay at serrano glamping is the most unique and memorable stay that we have had in any location. Paulo contacted me as soon as I had made the booking, and he sorted out our transfer which cost around £30 from Santa Marta airport, and 3 mototaxis up the mountain for me, my wife and our big bag, which cost around £2 each. The location is so unique - accessed via a bridge over a river then up a mountain by walk or moto taxi up into the rainforest above. The accommodation itself was a beautifully unique glamping tent, with shower, toilet and comfortable beds with mosquito nets along with a beautiful balcony from which we watched lots of unique birds. In terms of cleanliness - it is the cleanest property we have stayed at on our travels. Paulo arranged our transfer to tayrona, which took around 5 minutes and cost £3. They gave us excellent advice for our visit to Tayrona - to go early and avoid the crowds, which really made our visit to Tayrona as we were there for doors opening at 7am and had the place to ourselves. Paulo and brune cooked for us both nights we were there, beautiful burgers the first night and chicken wraps the second. Fantastic, simple home cooking at its best from Brune. I cannot thank Paulo and Bruno enough, they are two of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of meeting and we were sorry that we couldn’t stay longer. I can’t recommend the property enough.

The hostel manager Victor was extremely helpful; he gave us advice numerous times about trips, tours, booked us a taxi, arranged packed lunches for when we wanted a day in Tayrona Park, etc. Nothing seemed like an inconvenience to him. He also allowed us to check in 90 mins early. Hostel was clean, rooms were a good size, had a lovely pool area (again good size) and was good value for money. Was 1km walk to the park which was helpful and had a handful of nice restaurants and cafes nearby (on the main road just outside). Would 100% use again and recommend to friends and family.

Το Villa Tayrona είναι ένα κατάλυμα σε El Zaino, σε απόσταση 2,7 χλμ από Παραλία Castilletes και 33 χλμ από Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. The Villa is few meters away from the main road, yes, there is some noise, but late night until early morning no problem sleeping with the balcony door open. Birds singing from the early hours. Very comfy balcony, a hammock, fantastic hot shower available with enough water. The view of the well-cared garden is amazing. Satisfying breakfast (optional), super tasty dinners and other meals available on the menu. Staff warm and welcoming, though not much English speaking, using Translator makes communication easy. :) The room was cleaned every day, so were the towels changed. The Villa is 10 minutes on foot from the El Zaino entrance. The local bus to take you to other beaches outside Tayrona operates all day long, you just wave your hand :) and for a 1.50 euro fee, it takes you to Playa Los Angeles, Playa Costeňo or further distant beaches. We also paid the extra trip to Chengue Beach, the most isolated and protected. The corals one can see in the lagoon waters are breathtaking. Hope it continues the no mass tourism regime, to protect this beauty. We only snorkelled and swam there. Nobody else, just an old man who lives there (pure Robinson life). Coming there takes some time and also not little money, but definitely worth it. A lovely macho cat and a lady dog accompanying you on the dining terrace make the Villa’s atmosphere even more pleasant.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace, Senda Casa Tayrona Los Naranjos is situated in Los Naranjos, 35 km from Santa Marta and a 5 minute drive from Tayrona park main entrance. The hotel itself is fantastic and it has a luxury feel to it. The location by the beach and the river is amazing. The place was very clean and because there aren't that many rooms, you feel like you have the place to yourself. Alongside the location of the Hotel, the food was the best that we had in Columbia - For Lunch and Dinner there is such a wide range to choose from and it always was very tasty and freshly prepared. Only a short 5 minute taxi ride to the entrance of Tayrona park as well which was good. All round, a great place to stay.

The hammocks were incredible to lay in. The pool was so nice! It was just wonderful all around. Very easy to get to the national park by bus or moto taxi. ALSO: breakfast was AMAZING!
