The building has a new feel and there are at least 2 Nettos and a couple of restaurants nearby. The ferry stop (991 and 992) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment while the bus-stop (68) is a stone's throw away so the location is perfect even if you don't have a car. We stayed on a high-floor which afforded us a picturesque view of the city. The apartment is extremely spacious and clean and we were pleasantly surprised that there were 2 bathrooms! The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the heating worked very well in spite of the -6 degC outside. Given all that this place has, we found the rates rather reasonable.
