And John was so helpful whenever I had any question! I really felt welcomed and at home. The week I spent there was a sheer pleasure. 🙏

We spent a magnificent time in the Narrow Way guesthouse. It's not far from the beach (15 minutes walking) and pretty close to the market and restaurants. It's a nice and quiet place, where you can have a rest after noisy big cities. Edward is very kind and he always helped whether we needed some cutlery or some advise. He also helped to book a taxi for the airport. The room is pretty spacious and clean. One time the neighbours were a little noisy, but Edward helped to solve this question. In general it's a quiet place and you can close the windows and have a really good sleep.

Stay was comfortable and close to the beach. Nice and Clean rooms. Jack (Owner) is very cooperative. Mujahid at reception was very helpful.

If you want to experience the real soul of Goa this is the place you have to choose. First things first... Location is perfect, the whole Arambol; beach, restaurants, shops etc are within walking distance. If you want to stay in the house there is a cosy common place where you can spend your time, making new friend from all over the world, have time together with other guests and maybe even make music together in the evening if you like. Bunty and Haley are always there to assist you. They are really helpful. They answered all our needs, gave us tips about Goa with a warm heart. Thanks for your hospitality guys...

What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach. What stood out though where the people working there, who were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and easily the best one around. The location of the hotel was very nice and peaceful. Yet only a short walk to a quiet beach. The breakfast was served on a lovely balcony and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Lovely coffee and even got me in some yogurt for my muesli.

Rosie and Jackson are warm, welcoming, helpful, and can be relied upon at all times to help with anything needed. Outstandingly clean, with rooms cleaned and fresh bedding every 2 days. Excellent location, close to the beach. Highly recommended.

I liked everything about my stay at Hermitage Riviera. The apartment provided to us was very spacious and had all the facilities I needed for me and my family. It was very well maintained. The pool view was excellent. The swimming pool area was such an awesome place to relax. Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this property. Since I liked it so much I booked the same apartment as I did during my previous vacations to North Goa. Very serene environment and no parking issues. The host Shreya was always available over a call whenever I needed to ask anything. Overall, the apartment is superb and I definitely recommend this to all who want to have a comfortable stay.
