We felt the hospitality of Richar's family from the moment we arrived on the island till we said our goodbyes at the dock. The room was very clean, overlooking the island slope. The facilities are basic but functional and are maintained excellently. There's also a terrace to enjoy the view from the outside. All meals provided, lunch, dinner, and breakfast were excellent and served in a nicely decorated dining room. Lunch and dinner were traditional choices of quinoa/corn soup and cheese + vegetables/pasta second course, all with local ingredients. The pancake breakfast was more of a Western style and filling for the day.. Everything is very quiet on the island, even the roosters were heard only from outside. We had a chance to observe daily island life, see people going about their chores while wearing traditional clothes, watch the sunset from the highest point, and learn a bit about local beliefs and traditions. We attended the evening fiesta that was arranged for tourists. However, it mimics all the features, such as music, clothes, and dances, of authentic island celebrations. Knowing some Spanish will significantly help enrich your island experience.

It was unique experience ti stay there in the Siri’s island. From Manuel we learnt a lot about the history of Urus,about local people. It was amazing to stay and relax and to see the amazing Titilaka lake. We did kayaking thanks to Manuel. We even swam in titilaka.we went with the motor boat to see the local people and hid they live. Manuel family is very hosting and welcoming people. 100% everyone should try.

It is a great way exploring the island apart from the touristic hustle and bustle. Mario will show you around the island and will tell you all about their traditions and way of living. The bed was really comfortable, you will have a hot shower and an amazing dinner cooked by Marios wife. It was a one of a kind experience!

The island's tranquil atmosphere is perfect for relaxation, and the stunning views of Lake Titicaca at sunrise are breathtaking. Hernan offer us a private guided tour of the islands, where we learned about the fascinating lifestyle and customs of the Uros people and explained to us how the islands are built. The food was another highlight—freshly prepared bread for breakfast and other local dishes that provided a taste of the region's culinary heritage. Overall, my stay on Uros Island was a perfect mix of adventure and serenity, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the beauty and culture of Peru. Depending on the season, the weather can be quite cold, but the accommodations come with a heater in the room, hot water and very warm blankets! The local community is accustomed to the colder temperatures, so it’s important to communicate your needs to them. They are very accommodating and will ensure you have a comfortable stay.

It was such a wonderful and unique experience to stay with José Luís and his family. I enjoyed every minute and can just highly recommend this accomodation! Also: you can explore the whole island and the Lake Titikaka with beautiful hikes.

Beautiful property right on the beach. Comfortable rooms. Host family was very friendly and helped us organize boat tours and taxi rides. Very relaxing stay. Home cooked meals were delicious.

Titicaca Sariri Lodge — это вариант с проживанием в семье в городе Пуно. Здесь есть сад, терраса и ресторан. Из окон открывается вид на город. Понравилось абсолютно все! Мы приехали на автобусе уже глубокой ночью и нас все равно встретили и нашли безопасное такси! Мы были очпнь уставшие и голодное, от высоты кружилась голова, если бы не помощь хозяина осторова, пережить такое было бы сложнее. Мы попросили ужин, но так как было сильно поздно, нам любезно предложили перекус с горячим чаем. Дали на ночь грелку, что очень помогло, так как по приезду погода испортилась и пошел сильный дождь. На следующий день нам провели экскурсию по острову, рассказли про быт местного народа, отвезли на рыбалку, провели экскурсию по озеру на лодке, отвезли в местный ресторан. Любезно ранним утром предоставили завтрак и отвезли на причал, посадили на такси. Это был самый необычный и замечательный опыт!!! Спасибо вам большое!!! В конце нам подарили семейные амулеты, которые всегда с нами теперь.

Sophia's house is located very close to Amantani's main square. The rooms overlook a patio and, most importantly, the lake view is heavenly. Sophia is an incredible person, who will do everything to pamper you and share her culture, especially her delicious cuisine. A must-do excursion on this peaceful island steeped in history.

We like it a lot the apartment. Contemporary with a nice kitchen and dining area. On the second floor is a living room with an impressive view of the lake. Beds they are big and comfortable. Mother and son are the owners. The son was always available. To order a taxi, take us to the store or the chicken restaurant nearby. He was close to us and early in the morning to see us off and make sure everything was ok. Great guys. Highly recommend!
