Da tener presente la sala in comune molto ampia e curata dove è anche possibile farsi bevande calde in autonomia. Stupenda anche la terrazza che dà sul Lago Victoria.

One of my highlights of my 10 days of travel in Uganda was staying in Jinja at Home on the Nile. The location is incredible looking out over the water. It was very peaceful, and I loved relaxing and reading on the balcony. It's also close to the town centre and lovely cafes (for instance only a 20-minute walk or a very quick boda boda to The Deli). The staff were incredible -- extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. They made my stay memorable and helped to organize a white-water rafting trip for me. If I'm back in Jinja, I will always try to stay here!

Isaac himself was a fantastic and attentive host who made our stay feel like a home away from home. The rest of the staff were equally fantastic and supportive with each and every one of our requests at the venue. The location itself is worth the journey, with a clear and enchanting view of the Nile from the front verandah, and a pool that we made good use of. There were also pets on the property that were incredibly cute and charming. My friends and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely visit this property again. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxed group trip.

It is not so far away from the town. If you're up for a 30-minute walk or less, this is doable. When you get in to compound there's a sense of relaxation and warmth. The views are stunning, the rooms feel homey, and the decor is light, portraying comfort. The staff are polite and helpful. I did not experience any issues here. The restaurant, too, was awesome with a good view of the river. The food was delicious and fresh and pocket friendly. Overall, I'd go back here any day just to chill away from hectic day to day.
