Excellent location and still very quiet (except for rooms in upper floors with windows toward the backyard where you hear the noise of the air conditionings and big fans). Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Coffee available 24h.

Everything. We travel monthly and have stayed in many different hotels and cities all over the World. This hotel is probably the best place ever! Bright and light roof terrace with a fabulous view over La Cartoucherie area. An innovative area of Toulouse that has everything you could possibly need. The hotel staff are lovely and parking was so easy under the hotel. We loved the hot, cold or sparkling water available on every floor, too.

We we were 2 people the facilities were good and it’s really clean good lighting good for couples but the bed it’s comfortable but u can’t lay down and watch tv it’s little uncomfortable but other than that it’s really good if i come again i would book it again and the host she was very nice she explained everything perfectly and the view also good we stay only one night but it was perfect

Accommodation is located on edge of Toulouse. Is a new building so very modern. Is easy to find and to park. Is close to transport to the centre of the city. Takes about 30 minutes from house to centre. Hosts are great. Are very helpful in answering any questions you have. Location is a safe area. Rooms are clean and quite. If required you can have breakfast early. We had to catch an early flight and ate before leaving. We would stay again.

    I liked the whole high standard of the Hotel. The linen spotless and a very clean room and bathroom. The shared areas like the dining room and the bar were kept immaculate, as was the lift, landings and stairs. The housekeeping was as good as it can get I think. The location is brilliant - couldnt be better. The room was very quiet and access was very easy. Staff all pleasant and helpful. I really liked Toulouse too!

    We loved the location close to the bridge as it was was easy to walk into Toulouse. The charge of only 6 euros per night for each of our two dogs was also great, much cheaper than other hotels in the city. Lovely big comfy bed, great shower, very clean and the staff were super friendly. We particularly enjoyed the free water in the reception are and the opportunity to make our own hot drinks also on the ground floor. And having parking on-site make it very easy. We will be back.

    The location is ideal for motorway (autoroute) access. The Citi de l'Espace is next to the hotel - awesome. The hotel has a restaurant and there are fast food outlets in the vicinity. The hotel room was very clean and had tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking available on site.

    what an amazing stay! very clean, great location and the most helpful and friendly staff. I was very kindly upgraded to a superior room by the staff at reception, the room was spotless with all amenities you could need. Great location in the city centre.     This hotel is a great option for those visiting Toulouse with the concern of staying well accommodated at a relatively affordable price, while also prioritizing location. In fact, the location couldn't be better, as it is right in the center of this incredible city, with excellent pedestrian access to almost all the main tourist attractions. The room is comfortable and very clean. I didn't try the breakfast. I highly recommend it.
