the lobby is amazing i could just stay in the hotel all day. the concept is really great i tried both the heaven and hell rooms both are great. liked the heaven one more because of the design. the hotel has a cinema and an amazing hanging out area. the balcony is a great addition to the room and there’s enough room for one person only in the balcony. and for all the muslims out there theres a shattaaf which was really surprising to find one in italy. the staff are really helpful and provide everything you ask for and more. the rooms are really clean and spacious. great location as well

The hotel was in a good spot near the Basilica Santo Spirito and near Ponte Vecchio. The host was very nice. The water in the minibar is free thats nice. And they have got a tea and coffe machine. The bed was very comfy.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly upon our arrival. Explained and proposed all the restaurants and attractions to visit. The breakfast was wonderful and the happy hour at 6.30pm was worth doing considering that food and drinks have become very expensive in Florence. Free wine and Prosecco! 😁. The room was comfy and cozy . The location of the hotel is perfect to reach all the main attractions with ease and was an easy walk from the main train station. Definitely worth every cent for this upper 3 star hotel.

It is very close to a bus station so getting around the city is really easy. The room was clean, staff were kind and attentive. The room is really wonderful with all the necessary amenities. Check in and check out were super speedy. A lovely stay overall - would recommend!!

    Stayed in a triple private room with en suite bathroom. Very spacious with aircondition, towels and basic amenities provided. Good location in walking distance to most things. Little outdoor pool to cool down in the warm afternoons. If you want a budget friendly option to your holiday in Florence, then this is recommended. For a hostel, it is one of the better ones.

    Accommodation is ideal value for money. It’s a perfect location just on the edge of the city centre and a short walk from the train station. Our private room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were great - we made use of the outdoor pool and the bar, there was also a laundry room which only cost 4 euros per wash/dry. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Florence.

    Location - Very accessible with lots of nearby bus stops that are 2-10 mins away. The neighbourhood is also very quiet and quaint but not too quiet that it feels unsafe. Cleanliness - The whole apartment was very clean and it didn’t smell! Value for money - This is one of the more affordable accommodations and is not far from the city center, very worth it.

    Very helpful host. Big room. Very clean. Eventhough it's a shared bathroom, it was always kept spotless. Basin in room. Great location! Nice common area to eat, with fridge and TV. Kettle in room - great for making your own coffee. You can make great cuppachino's in the morning in common area.

Very good breakfast which you order the night before but with a budget of EUR90 for 2 in my opinion, its way more than needed. Quiet location, near to all sights and shortly will be close to a tram station. Kettle provided but no tea or coffee, so not sure why. Very clean room and comfortable night's sleep. Excellent, easy access parking but for an extra fee.
