It's close to everything you can and cannot think of, such as: Clothes, antique shops, modern and traditional restaurants and Cafe, Currency Exchange, Herbs shops and pharmacies. If you want to shop or explore authentic ambience, this is to place to be at! Housekeeping was great and helpful. Cleanliness of the rooms, restaurant and hotel is impeccable. We stayed at the Corps for one night on our way from Petra to the airport. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff was terrific. We went to Rainbow Street for dinner which was a nice break and we saw a little of the city. We had dinner at a place on basket street. I don't know the name but there are lights strung over the street shaded by baskets. There is a place of food trucks kids would like. We ate next door. An Uber cost about 2 dinar from the hotel to Rainbow street. We caught a taxi back to the hotel and he tried to charge us 20 dinar! We just laughed and gave him 2. Be careful and don't fall for that nonsense.
