Outstanding location. My lovely room had a little balcony with a view of the arch. The room was spotless and spacious and the cleaners did a great job daily. The fridge and desk were appreciated. Wonderful, friendly staff. The value for money was exceptional. Location was brilliant for morning running - hotel to the Belem Tower along the water and back is c. 15km; perfect!

The breakfast was satisfying. The staff working in the hotel is very kind and hospitable. It was pleasing that the little things were thought out very carefully which I like the most. For example: the hair dryer is more functional than standard hotel hair dryers (stronger motor power, the ability to operate it without constantly holding it down - the ability to use it without pressing your finger). there is an iron and iron table, there is a large umbrella for heavy rain (unfortunatelly the weather was very rainy and windy and we used the large umbrella all through our holiday).

The hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms are very comfortable, the decor is very modern. The design of the room and all the fittings are thoughtful and convenient. We found the beds comfortable, more than adequate storage space and sufficient electric outlets. The outlets by the bedside are plentiful and neatly covered by a flip top. Everything was clean and the quality of the towels, robe, slippers and the bathroom products was excellent. The staff was attentive, respectful, helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious and had several healthy options. We were not able to use the spa, pool or gym due to our plans - but they all looked like great options. The hotel was conveniently located from public transportation options and from some wonderful restaurants. The on site restaurant was also very good. They set a high bar, and the hotels we visited in other cities in Portugal have not been able to match up.

A total gem in central Lisbon. We had a suite on the third floor, it must have been newly decorated - so clean and fresh. Huge bathroom with a tub, the bed was soft and the view was great. Modern room. Breakfast really nice - everything you need in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, Staff was welcoming and helpful. We recommend, and will be staying here for our Lisbon adventures in the future!

Hotel waa really beautiful and clean. Location was okay. The receptionist staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff weren’t really friendly, especially the guy with glasses who was giving a dead stare almost all the time. overall it was a good choice and didn’t regret that we returned for the second time.

    All in all this is a great spot, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon's busy town centre, the apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I have noticed on some of the other reviews that people have found this apartment a little out of the way and although it is not smack bang in the centre of town, it is extremely easy to get too and accessible by foot, public transport or uber (which is very cheap). Lisbon is a walking city to so we expected to be on foot. We had a lovely stay and thought that the location was ideal.

    Super friendly & helpful staff, the place was very clean and had storage for me to keep my luggage after I had checked out to come back and collect later at no charge. The owner was very approachable and offered fantastic tips- including advice on my travel plans and a cheap place to get local wine around the corner ;) Ideal location, right in the heart of where you need to be in Lisboa/Lisbon. Super comfy mattress. Will definetly stay again and Highly recommend!

    The staff was very friendly, polite and always smiling. The room was bigger than expected, very clean and we slept wonderfully. The location is ideal too, the metro is around the corner, the train station is about 5 minutes walk. Just around the corner is the restaurant Tagliatell which makes very good pizzas. The food court nearby is a good alternative for a cheap snack or meal.
