And in winter it is very calm in there. And also it is not far to Sevan town by walk - there is a pass through highway. It was warm enough in the house. Wi-Fi was great. The house had everything we needed, including a hair dryer. On our way out, the hotel owner gave us a free ride to Sevanavk.

A really quite and chill place near a clean beach on Lake Sevan. The property was really big and nice, they have places to chill in the garden! The living room area is comunal but is really comfortable, if you are lucky and there aren’t any other guests it’s like having your own apartment. We asked for breakfast and it was amazing, everything handmade and from their garden! They are also very warm and welcoming a great place to stay!
