Very good quality of the breakfast. The dinner was so delicious, specially the Pizza. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Very good sauna with heated swimming pool. Free parking. A table where to eat in the room. Perfect view.

Nothing was too much trouble. Self check in was easy, and the room was spacious and so clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and I'd stay here again in the future. Careful attention to every possible detail was visible throughout our stay. We loved the mix of older style comfort and modern amenities. The spa in the basement was a particular plus. And having a direct view of the Neuschwanstein castle was a highlight too - it was the first thing we saw in the morning and one of the last things at night. Breakfast was tasty too, and every request we had was fulfilled quickly and in a really friendly way. Wherever we’re back in the region we’ll be staying here again.
