Good size, location and the perfect end to our holiday. This is a holiday home rather than a normal rental as it has everything you could need and some lovely little touches. The house is beautifully built and furnished. Kat was really helpful with everything we could need.

Best hotel in Belize! Wonderful brand new property, luxurious in every single detail and perfectly located on a pristine beach. We stayed at one of their ocean front villas and it was heavenly! Huge bedroom and huge bathroom, beautiful balcony with view of the ocean, private pool on the beach right in front of the sea. Kayak, paddle boards and bikes at our disposal. Lush! Decor is impeccable and mattress and pillow super comfortable. Staff and service are what you’d expect from a 5 stars hotel and more! They also rent golf buggies and can help you book any kind of tour. Restaurant is also upscale with a fantastic view of the ocean and food is delicious. We are so happy to have found this gem. We would only come here when back in Belize 🩷

Really lovely and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Location was great, walking distance along the beach or the road to restaurants, and short drive to Placencia Village for market, shops and more restaurants. Good location for many activities in the greater area. Hosts Sandy and Paul were amazing - so nice, so attentive, so helpful. The Placencia Peninsula is quite expensive but this place was ideally located, comfortable and a terrific value.

Such lovely attention to detail, everything was considered. We had everything we could need and felt so comfortable. The pool and outdoor space are so nice.

Kat and Dirk have put so much care and love into creating a home away from home for their guests. The casita is incredibly comfortable and close to everything you might want to see or do in Placencia. We were so grateful for all the recommendations, as well as the generous use of their golf cart and paddle boards. On our last day, Kat and Dirk brought us and all our baggage to the bus stop, and made sure we had everything we needed to get back to Belize City without issue. Their hospitality made our visit to Placencia a stand-out part of our Belize vacation, and I cannot recommend their property enough.

Kin Resort Lodge si trova a Maya Beach, nella regione Stann Creek, a 10 metri da Spiaggia di Seine Bight. Charming lodge near Placencia. Extremely well kept and clean. Olivia and her husband were soooo helpful and nice. We rarely got good service like that. The beach across the street was so nice. Very quiet, we were basically alone the entire time. We saw starfish, crabs, stingrays and other fish in the water, right near the beach. I Highly recommend this place.
