Just a few minutes walk to the plaza, restaurants and taxi stand. Bus station is about 5 minutes. The staff were exceptionally helpful over the phone and during our stay.

If you want to stay in the heart of the Elqui Valley and be nearly as remote as one can be while still having incredible WiFi - this is the spot! We spent one night here but should have booked more. The only tricky piece about this spot is getting here off the main road. While it isn’t a far distance you really should have 4WD. The road is tight and severe switchbacks. You also need to bring in food with you especially if you don’t have a car. Each unit is exquisitely designed to allow you to cook dinners indoors or out with a regular sized fridge and freezer to boot. To say this place is magical might be a vast understatement. We spent the late afternoon hiking up to the scenic lookout (although each unit has its own incredible views and privacy for late nights in the hot tub). We spent the next 2 hours by the pool which given how hot it is actually had cool water for swimming and lovely shaded lounge chairs. We brought in drinks and a pizza with us for our evening and it was perfect. We turned off all the lights and just sat outside watching the moon rise over the mountains as the sunset. After we spent hours soaking in the hotel tub watching more stars appear in the sky. Just magical! The interior is well appointed too with great bedding, linens, towels and vegan shower products that smelled and felt like luxury after having traveled for so long. For breakfast the following morning, we were brought a delicious selection of fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, croissants, cheese and more! Each unit it also outfitted with a tea pot, tea, a moka coffee maker and ground coffee! If we ever have the chance to come back to the Elqui Valley we will 1000% book this spot again! Also - be sure when in the area to book the 3 hours tour and wine tasting at vinedos de alcohauz! The guide essentially gave us the entire history of the area from different stops along the tour that changes in elevation 5 times! The vineyard is magnificent.

The building is newly renovated and spacious, the place is clean, and the pool is perfect for the heat. The apartments face a common area which is pretty, but you may hear other people staying there. But overall, was amazing.

The owner Max was away during my stay but his amigo Gonzalo is a star! He made my two day stay memorable with stargazing at night , cooking and impromptu tours of the Elqui Valley.

Cabañas "Terrazas de Orión" con Vista Panorámica en Pisco Elqui si trova a Pisco Elqui e prevede la vista sulla piscina, una piscina all'aperto, un giardino e un barbecue. A truly stunning cabana in an outstandingly beautiful area. The cabana is literally built into the side of the valley and the views from the terrace are incredible. The cabana itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with an excellent hot water supply. The little pool was a very welcome addition after the heat of the day and before admiring the millions of stars in the night sky. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk into Pisco Elqui town. A word too about the host - he is incredibly kind and helpful and his daughter even made us some delicious alfajores. If you are heading to this area then this cabana is very highly recommended.
