Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property and parking on site. Everyone was super lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great! Location is also amazing, only a few minutes away from the bus station. The rooms were clean, silent/quiet and everywhere was warmed! 100% recommended!! Nothing not to like, it is exactly what is advertised!

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. FOR THOSE GOING TO TORRES DEL PAINE: Don't rent sleeping bags or buy gas!! they can offer you this free of charge during your stay. We made the mistake of renting in advance from a company in Puerto Natales. The staff and hosts were very nice, Juan was funny and nice. The common area was large with many sofas and some board games, as well as a TV showing football games. They have a 'gym' with a punching bag, weights and pull up bar among others. They offered to bring us for a fee by car to the bus terminal as it is a 20 minute walk at 6am when heading to Torres del Paine. The rooms are well sized and beds are cozy; the toilets clean and comfortable: come with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The included breakfast comes with juice, coffee, tea, milk, eggs to be made, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, cake... Great stay, will be coming back soon for the third time!

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. The service and location was great. Food options were great as well and well drinks.

The space is small but incredibly well-designed and comfortable, with absolutely everything you need, even for cooking. The bed was amazing, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

Very friendly and warm hearted people. You feel as if you were home. Breakfast scheduled was always according to our plans. Room was very clean and cozy. It had all that was needed. Bedding was very comfortable and the atmoshpere was quiet and pleasant.

I was especially grateful for how accommodating they were, allowing me to store my bags even after check-out, which meant so much. I highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

Best people, best kitchen with wonderful view, the most comfortable beds, warmest room. Easily one of my fav hostel so far. I feel like being home:) It got my tears when i left.
