Hotel Vendaval was charming and lovely, with very friendly and helpful hotel staff who spoke English. The roof top deck and bar were awesome - fantastic views. Also had a great view from the room! The breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic - easy to walk to everything in town and a short drive to the bus terminal. They were able to hold our luggage while we went hiking in the Torres del Paine National Park (we booked several nights here before and after our trek). Highly recommend, and would happily go back!

The rooms are big, we asked for an extra bed (150USD pr night) and stayed comfortably with two kids. - big bathroom with rain shower - warm water for tea brewing brought dayly to the room along with the green tea - fantastic swimming pool with heated water. Spa is also good - the breakfast is marvelous (ex fried eggs). - the restaurant and the bar - high quality menu, local ingridients, tasty food (quinoa is amazing). - service all the places is 5 stars. Helpfull and friendly staff. Hotel has small store with sport clothing, snooker, kids room with cartoons and board games, activity booking desk for tours.

It was spotless — super clean and modern, with very clear instructions to access the apartment. The space is small but incredibly well-designed and comfortable, with absolutely everything you need, even for cooking. The bed was amazing, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

The room was comfortable, warm and clean. We were very close to the shops and restaurants. The morning we left for our trek, we were going early so they kindly left us a great packed lunch in the fridge as we were missing breakfast. We were also able to leave our big bags here while we were away on the trek. Would definitely stay here again!😊

We received a warm welcome from Soraya and noticed immediately how clean and comfortable she keeps her B&B. The bathrooms were spotless, the showers were strong and warm and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the dining room was lovely and Soraya was very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay.

Laundry survice is great! Breakfast is decent and they can do set up breakfast if you need to go for a trek earlier than the breakfast service time. It's about 20 mins walk to the center and 15 mins walk to the bus station. Very convenient. My favorite part is their three individual and super clean bathrooms. It felt amazing having a hot shower there after I came back from a multi-day trek. Highly recommended.
