Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

They went above and beyond! We had a 24 hour layover in Chengdu and booked this hotel. The gentleman who worked there picked us up from the airport at midnight, took us back to the hotel, made sure we felt comfortable and safe, settled us into our room with hot tea and fruit. Let us borrow money to buy some snacks on the way because no one took card and we didn't have cash. & Then in the morning asked us if we needed food. Drove us into town to get some food and to a couple of supermarkets and helped translate for us, took us back to the airport the next night and then on top of all that, didn't ask for any money or tips for everything he did. (Of course we gave him a big tip for his Kindness!) If you have a layover, definitely 100% stay here! They are amazing!

La struttura offre un sacco di servizi e lo staff è sempre stato estremamente disponibile. La posizione è ottima (centralissima ma non in mezzo alla confusione), ci siamo potuti muovere da lì per tutta la città con la metro. Le camere sono molto moderne e confortevoli, il letto è enorme e veramente comodo. Nella parte comune abbiamo potuto fare amicizia con altre persone che alloggiavano lì, in quanto la struttura combina perfettamente la comodità e privacy di un hotel alla cultura di conoscenza e condivisione di un ostello (ma solamente per chi volesse, altrimenti può essere vissuto come un normale Hotel senza problemi). Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, uno dei migliori soggiorni che abbiamo mai fatto in più di 26 paesi visitati, davvero consigliatissimo in quanto è adatto davvero a qualsiasi tipo di viaggiatore e lo staff è davvero fantastico.

We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)
