Walked to train station which was easier with wheeled bag but is uphill and took about 25mins. All very doable.Highly recommend this accommodation,

The family-run Hotel U Kaplicky is a 10-minute walk from the Old Bridge in the historic royal town of Pisek. All rooms are en-suite and they come with wooden furniture and work desks. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast... they went out of their way to add items the next day that we had enquired about. Very clean bathrooms and rooms.

Located in a historic building in the centre of Český Krumlov, Penzion Thallerův Dům is just 250 metres from the Egon Schiele Art Centre and a 10-minute walk from Krumlov Castle. This Apartment has an exeptional atmosphere, feels like traveling in time as the building is very old, but had very well been taken care of. Almost like living in a museum. The Terrasse offers a spectacular view over the old city and the castle. As our apartment was the rooftop one and there is no elevator of course, be ready to climb some stairs. We loved it here and are looking forward to come back soon.

The U Solné Brány (at the Salt Gate) hotel enjoys a quiet yet central location about 50 metres from the Přemysl Otakar II. Square, which is the main square of České Budějovice. Great location and size of the rooms were comfortable!

Tomas was an amazing host, very kind and super helpful. We only stayed 2 nights, and he gave us tips on getting around, restaurants to eat and ordered us a taxi for when we had to leave. The villa itself was lovely, felt modern & homey. Room was huge, TV excellent and we had a spa bath which was a win! Breakfast had great options, simple but exactly what we needed. Location was 10/10. Highly recommend to stay here!
