The studio is impressive, so much thought went into every bit o space. We had everything we wanted, including small games to play while in the room. The location is perfect, 5 min away from the center. It's really quiet at night and you have a lot of great restaurants right next to the building. You have free coffee, water and snacks on the ground floor " the flat". You can wash your clothes and iron them for free, meet with friends and play pool. A big recommend from us!

Everything was smooth, nice and friendly. Good to know about the church - the bell stops ringing between 10 PM and 8 AM, which means you can sleep without interruptions. Nice restaurant are nearby (Keiserbad and Bamboo true Vietnamese) and since the hotel is directly next to the canal, you can enjoy nice romantic walk around the canal. Would recommend.
