The Mango guest house was an incredible and authentic experience in Elephantine Island. The staff, the facilities and the settings were fantastic. The staff arranged everything what we asked for: a car from Luxor, a trip to Abu Simbel, food delivery and a felucca sailing trip. It’s not for everybody, though. If you’re a 5-star hotel frequent visitor, this is not for you.

Jest to egzotyczny ośrodek położony na wyspie na Nilu w pobliżu centrum Asuanu. Z tego stojącego w pięknie utrzymanym ogrodzie o powierzchni 28 akrów rozciąga się widok na Nil, góry i Asuan. The room was clean and nice, very comfortable. Christine was very friendly and nice, she so helpful. We have a nice stay.

It was really exceptional and it´s rare to find. VERY good breakfast and so tasty food in the restaurant. Try the fresh juices! Thanks to Ali (and all the other stuff members) it was an incredible stay in Abu Simbel. And, just to tell it to former visitors, we are the ONLY visitor in the Abu Simbel temples! Highestly recommended (and I do not exegerate)!

Hospitality at its peak. Arrangement for various local trips (Aswan + Abu Simbel + Transfer to Luxor) were also taken care of by him at a decent price on short notice. Chatted with him on Egyptian culture, people etc which enriched the experience for us of the whole trip. Loved our stay.
