Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 10 giorni. È stata una vacanza speciale ! Vorrei ringraziare tutto lo staff.. per tutto il lavoro che fanno col cuore. Struttura grandissima, bellissima e pulitissima. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Ogni sera nei ristoranti eseguono le serate a tema. L'intrattenimento top ! Molti spettacoli, sport e tanto divertimento. Nostro figlio di 3 anni si è divertito tantissimo. Grazie ancora per tutto ! Ci torneremo !

I recently stayed at Gemma's hotel, and one of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent—rich, flavorful, and offered a wide range of options that left me more than satisfied each morning. Dinner was equally impressive, with a varied menu that catered to different tastes and provided a truly delightful dining experience. The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

Proprio sul lungomare, Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort offre alloggi a 5 stelle a Marsa Alam e presenta un giardino, una zona spiaggia privata e una terrazza. The accommodation was truly stunning. We got upgraded to a premium room and the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large TV and great WiFi. (The TV didn’t connect to the internet properly for apps but we just watched the channels). The shower was a huge rain shower. There was a terrace which had lovely views of the sunrise. The food selection in the restaurants was amazing. The drinks and the cocktails were also great. There were 10 or so pools which were all great. The beach was also lovely and there was an area for snorkelling. The hotel is not quite finished so not everything was open yet, but what’s open already was more than fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived it was just before the end of lunchtime, and they took us straight to one of the restaurants on a golf cart so that we could eat before we got to our room. We got food poisoning shortly after arriving here (not sure from where) but the staff arranged free transfer to the next resort over where we went to the doctor and the driver waited for us for almost two hours when we were receiving care. (I think there will be a clinic on site but this hadn’t opened yet)

La struttura é moderna, ricca di vegetazione perfettamente abbinata e curata. La cura dei dettagli é maniacale sia negli spazi interni, stanze comprese, che in quelli esterni. La zona piscine é favolosa, tutto é studiato per dare un esperienza di comfort di altissimo livello, con sdraio, sedie e poltrone ergonomiche, colori degli spazi esterni rilassanti e servizio bar meraviglioso e incluso nel prezzo del soggiorno. La spiaggia é stupenda, il bar anche, i paravento sono ottimi per non avere fastidio durante le giornate con vento più sostenuto. fate 20/30 metri in acqua e vedrete numerose tartarughe marine mangiare sul fondale. A proposito del vento, non preoccupatevi perché la struttura dell’hotel nella zona piscine protegge completamente dal vento, ed é studiata questa cosa, bravissimi. I pasti sono incredibili, anche il ristorante asiatico é meraviglioso, ed é l’opinione di un turista italiano esigente. Fate un giro anche nella palestra, attrezzata con macchine super moderne, e soprattutto fatevi fare un massaggio, sono bravissimi. Anche il tour in quad nel deserto vale moltissimo, ma fatevi le foto per conto vostro o le pagherete salatissime quelle fatte dalle guide. Se potete visitate luxor, in giornata abbiamo speso 130€ a testa tutto incluso, transfer, pranzo, biglietti siti archeologici e tombe, guida e attraversamento nilo in barca. Partenza alle 4am rientro alle 9pm. Fatevi dire il nome della guida turistica di luxor e verificate le recensioni di altrj turisti, a noi é stata assegnata una guida poco preparata, peccato. Affidatevi completamente al reception manager, parla italiano perfettamente ed é super disponibile.

La Casa Guest House è una struttura fronte spiaggia a Marsa Alam. Dotata di il servizo in camera, questa struttura offre ai propri ospiti anche una terrazza. Room is very spacious, rooftop is refreshing and a great place to see the sunrise on the sea. I love the fact that they use shower hose so I can finally use the shower filter I brought. The best thing here is the staff. I owe everything to the host. He is very welcoming and caring. He fixed all when I have probelm. Thank you so much again and I will nenver forget what you’ve done for me. I will visit again.
