Brilliant service and fabulous value for money. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

La struttura è molto bella, un ampio cottage di campagna; stanza molto carina ed accogliente; ottime sia la cena che la colazione, anche se quest'ultima era molto più ricca di roba salata cucinata che di dolce (come da tradizione inglese).

Location was perfect for us, on a nice quiet street with good parking, just steps away from the University campus. Owner friendly, flexible and fast to address all of our requests. The property is an old traditional house, preserving a lot of features. Room very spacious and decorated in line with the period of the house and well kitted with everything, including a mini-fridge and a mobile heater. Good internet! Very big bathroom, fitted with both shower and bathtub and with a generous selection of lotions and bath soaks. The breakfast had a good variety of food, a cold-buffet type, with a range of teas and coffees. All self-serving, just make-your-own.

Very welcoming and in the best part of the Village. The garden was immaculate and so peaceful and perfect to sit and enjoy this surrounding area.

New, comfortable, quiet, very clean, large spacious room, excellent shower. A lovely countryside view. My wife is a light sleeper and had the best sleeps so far of our UK trip.
