Rooms are always clean, I’ve had stuff in the room never had any problem with the cleaning staff always smiling and willing to assist, extremely helpful. They went out of their way to assist from the arrival at the airport, linking me up with a driver and even assisting me during one of the days when I was stranded commuting to a conference. Sure, there may be other pricier and more luxurious hotels in the same area, but Charis is a small family owned business you will be promoting. I especially thank Emmanuel, he was very helpful and the food was very nice too.

It is very secluded and fairly private. My host Charles was amazing. Nothing was a bother to him. I stayed for two weeks, and anytime I contacted him, he responded promptly, and all my needs were met satisfactorily. Security was phenomenal, and it had a massive car park in the basement. Very close to local shops, too.
