Extremely beautifully designed building with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is very kind and smiling all the time. Perfect location, 7 min from Hakone yumoto train station on foot. Excellent and delicious minimalist breakfast. Nice tea selection for free. Designated smoking are just makes you want to smoke :). Close to bus stop for routes needed for sightseeing. Didnt feel like leaving the building, thats how pretty it is. Would definitely stay there again!

Totally perfect! Super spacious room, it listed as 23m but it was better than few 25m we’d stayed in, thanks to good planning. Quality towels and comfy bed. Well equipped gym. The hotel located in a central tower so you can have all you need without stepping out of the building if it rains (a bit pricey, but convenient). The parking lot is a bit high priced, but on the second night we could purchase 1500JPY ticket for 24 hours. You should check with the stuff on your arrival.

There is a metro station right in the corner that will easily connect you to the city. You will be a few minutes walk from Shinjuku attractions and main stores. At the same time, the area is more residential, I personally prefer to stay in a calmer area. Check in and check out were very smooth.
