Also this hotel is very conveniently located: it's close to Matsue Castle, close to the Shimano Art Museum, close to locations where you can take beautiful pictures of the sun setting on lake Shinji, close to ferry terminals to go on lake Shinji, close to Matsue Shinjiko Onsen Station from where you can take the local Ichibata trains to places like Izumo or Matsue Vogel Park.

I enjoyed the authentic sleeping on tatami floor with futons in a traditional room with a lot of food options nearby for us to consume that night. it felt very safe and enjoyable as a whole and stuff

Terletak kurang dari 1 km dari Muzium Memorial Lafcadio Hearn, 喜庵 KIAN the guest house by the castle menawarkan penginapan 2-bintang di Matsue dan mempunyai taman. This is a lovely guesthouse run by a highly dedicated owner. We knew Matsue from previous visits but the owner, Emi, opened up several new pleasures for us. For example, she arranged a visit to a soy factory-it's at least 150 years old-and also treated us to tea. The house is within easy walking distance to the town center and there is a very good bus service. The bakery across the street is a gem, combining innovative breads, whiskey and an excellent music collection. We had fabulous sushi at a restaurant close to the laundromat. The kitchen space is perfect for breakfast. We'd love to go back to Matsue and hope to stay at Kian again.
