The room was exactly as described and looked like the pictures Great tub and water pressure for shower. The in house washers and dryers were great as well - they have auto added soap and normally I can't do those because of smell sensitivity but this soap was unscented and didn't bother me.

All staff were amazing and helpful with all our requests making our first visit in Tokio much easier. Hotel does all the process for luggage forwarding also.
