This was the BEST stay I have had in Diani! Stacey was an amazing host, who took care of all of our needs from late check-in and dinner to decorating the rooms for our friends' birthdays. The rooms had spacious bathrooms with hot water, fans, smart mosquito netting, and comfy beds. The place is gorgeous - all one floor with picturesque coastal architecture - the rooms surround a courtyard that opens out to the the pool, which was clean, the perfect size and depth, and surrounded with lounge chairs. At the other end of the pool is the beach, where they have a covered beach patio with coaches and tables and other private, cozy beach sitting area right on the beach (they have chairs, a swing and couches). The beach was quiet and there were far less sea urchins than in other areas of Diani, which made exploring the ocean much easier and I would say also would be ideal if you had children with you too! The chef, Rashid, makes delicious versions of all local coast dishes, we barely felt the need to leave the hotel. We felt like we were in paradise and our whole group of 5 had only wonderful things to say - we can't wait to go back!

There is a traditional makuti roof bar, a central firepit for evening gatherings, meditation space, and tables scattered for private or social candle lit dinners. All of this accompanied by the soundtrack of the forest including bush babies. The entire space embodies freedom and creativity with wall art, one off product designs, and other art made by the resident artist. Rooms are all unique and I was lucky to stay in the mosaic room... The staff welcomes you in ways that makes it feel like you have entered their personal home; they are grounded, warm and professional. I appreciated their calm presence. I attended a "self-inquiry" workshop one day which was a beautiful opportunity to connect both with other guests and people from the local village. Not to be forgotten the direct beach access for watching the sun rise or early morning walks...to me it was the perfect place to reconnect.✨

Amazing swimming pool with lovely sun loungers. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. It’s not beach front , but this should not be off putting as it’s close to everything. We even extended our stay at this property.

Terletak 45km dari Kaya Kinondo Sacred Forest, 49km dari Colobus Conservation dan 1.3km dari Shimoni Slave Caves, Wasini house mkwiro village mempunyai penginapan yang terletak di Shimoni. A beautiful place. The house is beautiful, large, and superbly equipped. The host (George) took great care of us. He arranged boat transportation from Shimoni to the island and a tour of the Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park (only our family, George, the captain, and the guide, were on the boat). He organized a walking tour of the island and village, which was fascinating. He can also arrange transportation to Mombasa at a very attractive price. George arranged home-cooked meals by a woman from the village, which were delicious. There are no cars on the island, and it maintains its quiet beauty, and one can walk around the area and meet some friendly people. The island's people have managed to preserve their heritage, and you can learn about their traditions, daily life, language, and traditional coastal seafood. A unique experience away from mass tourism. I highly recommend it.

The owner Marcus greeted us and the staff Mary showed us to the place. Beautiful gardens and pool superb also not a cloud in the sky which for me is fantastic . Safe security and would advise anyone to stay there at babylon gardens way better than hotels very nice and quiet relaxing and cannot fault it if honest. .Also obviously owner is into the environment too which is nice solar energy waste disposal . Etc.

We had the best time here. Short walk to the beach with great security. The apartment was clean and modern with very comfortable beds. An extra bonus was being able to go for night swims in the pool!
