Need a scooter? They’ll sort it. Have a question? They’ll answer before you’ve finished typing. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like staying with friends who happen to be excellent hosts. A small but brilliant touch was the Welcome Book in our room. Now, I’m a logical guy—former project manager—so I really appreciated how well-thought-out and practical it was.
