Everything went well - the staff was more than kind - they did laundry for us when we asked, printed our plane tickets, packed breakfast for us when we went for an out of town tour.. Our room was nice - equipped with toiletries, had extra blankets, it was cozy.

Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. Our host Meriem helped us also with booking tours which we really enjoyed.

The property was amazing, before we arrived at the property we had a feally bad day (our car was parked in the wrong place and the pollice took it). The staff was really helpfull and when we solved the car problem we were tiered and frustrated. Ahmed made us feel like kings, good food, everything was perfect. Breakfast is very abundant The host Karim is very friendly and helpful , he recommended places to go , restaurants where to eat and offers good advises and even arranged a knowledgeable guide to explore the old city of fes. Aziz and Mounir were really lovely and welcoming always ready to help .

Este riad está situado a solo 2 minutos a pie de la medina de Fez y cuenta con aire acondicionado y terraza en la azotea. La ubicación es buena, el personal es muy atento, buena terraza donde sirven un rico desayuno. Me gustó mucho

That said, there were a couple of small issues. The blanket in our room didn’t have a cover, which felt a bit unhygienic for us. Additionally, even though we pre-ordered dinner for the second night, the portion sizes could have been a bit larger. For future guests, I highly recommend booking directly through their website rather than third-party platforms, as doing so includes complimentary dinner along with breakfast. Through Booking.com, only breakfast was included.
