Very clean, they have alot of staff that were all friendly. If the staff would see us they would always greet us even down the hallways. The buffet breakfast was always delicious 🤤 The hotel has the best possible location if going to the us consulate since its right next door. The one wifi code worked around the entire hotel, which made it so easy for me to take my work laptop with me to breakfast, lobby or terrace. The rooms were pretty sound proof. Lastly i wanted to add juarez is beautiful city there is so much to do around the hotel. The mall is across the street.

The location was convenient, it was my first time in Juárez and I felt safe in the zone, the location close to different restaurants is convenient as well.

Hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming of our dogs. Small area for them to go potty right outside the hotel and lots of parking available for our truck. Rooms are clean and great breakfast every morning. Also, lots of places to get food nearby!

The lovely couple picked me up from the train station. While I speak next to no spanish, we were able to communicate with Google Translate. The breakfast tasted amazing, as did the dinner. They have Starlink, so the internet was incredibly fast - I think the best I've experienced in Mexico.
