The hotel is located right at the lagoon with a beautiful yard and very nice chill out areas. We also enjoyed the food (vegetarian options!) of the restaurant. The breakfast selection is very good and you get more options than only Gallo pinto like in most of the hotels. The staff is very friendly and we had a great time chatting with the swiss owner. The massage was very good and you can use kayaks and tubes for free.

Las Cabañas Encantadas de Nindirí si trova a Nindirí, a 10 km da Vulcano Masaya e 14 km da Osservatorio Mirador de Catarina. The cabin had a lot of charm and was well equipped, the kitchen had a large fridge, microwave, stove with oven, toaster & everything else you would need. The room sizes were great, the a/c worked well, & the view was beautiful! The outside sitting area was very nice. A couple of cute cats visited, so bring some kibble 😊. Within walking distance to all amenities. Only regret was that we stayed just the one night.

It was great, even so my Spanish ain’t great the host was super friendly and like to talk and help wherever he could. The house is amazing, it’s a family house, spacious and you feel like being a friend at someone’s home and not stranger in a hotel!

La Casa de Leo - Hostal, Restaurante y Artesania local è situato a San Juan de Oriente, a 1,9 km da Osservatorio Mirador de Catarina e 14 km da Vulcano Mombacho. Breakfasts made by Yanet were excellent and different each day with fruits, eggs, rice and beans (gallo pinto) and coffee. The core family (Hébert, Yanet and their son Lester) with whom I dealt with everyday are truly genuine people, they have helped me 200% with research on land/houses in that area (my goal when I visited Nicaragua), We had excellent conversations, like I never had in other Latin countries, all in all if you want to understand this amazing country more and you speak Spanish, you will learn a lot. Also, members of the family are master potters, they have a small studio downstairs where you can buy their work and also, very recently, take a ceramics course on site. Don't forget to ask them who is 'Leo'

Best accomodation close to Masaya! Breakfast was amazing, hosts were available anytime, rooms were comfortable with hot showers!!! Pool and outdoor area was great.. clean and looking forward to going back in the future

The hotel was set in large landscaped grounds with the rooms spaced apart from each other. There was a swimming pool with a bar area and a restaurant. The room was very luxurious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Casa Bella offre la vista sulla montagna a La Laguna e dispone di ristorante, servizio in camera, snack bar, giardino, terrazza e barbecue. Very individual design and even with the busy hotel activity in the neighborhood Casa Bella is really calm. The high rise beds are very comfortable, with very intelligent solution for light switches and fans… very well working aircon. Kitchen equipped with basic ingredients, fridge with eggs and some drinks… we didnt use it, but it was nice to have the option. Dogs were not only welcome, they had a water bowl prepared in the common area. A small welcome board on the door was a very sweet plus to feel at home. Great to have the option to use restaurant service of Casa Marimba.
