Our room was SO clean — overall truly superb with lots of lovely amenities. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, making it easy to walk to many of Auckland's top attractions. We highly recommend the voco Auckland City Centre to anyone visiting Auckland. Their commitment to guest satisfaction, particularly their willingness to go the extra mile, truly sets them apart.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely little hotel/apartment in Auckland. It’s small, cozy, and exceptionally clean, everything felt fresh and spotless. The place has a warm, homey vibe that made me feel very comfortable from the start. The host was incredibly friendly, and the girl at the front desk gave such a warm and welcoming greeting. Even though it feels more like a motel or apartment complex than a hotel, the overall experience was fantastic. It’s located very close to a mall, which was super convenient, and there were enough parking spots available. Honestly, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I would absolutely come back if I’m ever in Auckland again. Highly recommended!
