All the plants, the complimentary breakfast, the business’ and staffs’ transparency in how they operate, our room was very nice, and the staff was very nice. It was very easy to enter and we loved the private balcony and the communal dining area. Oh and the fire was lovely.

The Thai restaurant in the hotel was so good that we ate there 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed!! Zarela is an exceptional host. She organized a private tour to Chavin de Huantar for us with a lovely driver, Wilmer, and an English speaking guide, Martín. We highly recommend this hotel during your stay in Huaraz.
