While I initially encountered an issue with the valet service, I'm pleased to report that the hotel management promptly resolved it. They located my missing luggage, acknowledged their mistake, and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. This proactive and professional response has improved my impression of Altus Palace. I now feel more confident about considering them for future stays. Kudos to the hotel for their efforts in making things right.
