Breakfast was great and we felt very welcome in a positive environment, right next to the Sahara desert. The spa area is great. My best hotel experience in Tunisia so far, we even extended our stay. Grand Sud is at the edge of the Sahara! Probably one of the last homes before you get to Algeria! The location is wonderful. The host is so warm, welcoming, and kind that he makes the stay even better. Plus, if you want to go camping in the desert by camel he will arrange it all for you easily and affordably. So incredible to leave by camel from the hotel into the desert. A car (we had two wheel drive no problem to get here) is probably essential since town is 12-15 minutes driving. The sunset from the upper patio is beautiful over the date palms. Stay here.

It was clean and quiet. The garden is so beautiful. Food was so yummy too. The hosts are a really kind family. Highly recommend!!

She does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I add one last thing; I am usually a model guest, but this time I was unbearable: she was always friendly and understanding. Absolutely recommended.

Camp Dunes Insolites Sabria terletak di Sabria dan menawarkan lounge berkongsi, teres dan restoran. We had an unbelievable stay at the campsite and couldn’t recommend it more. Beautiful dunes in the Sahara desert, authentic tents which were comfy and had electricity. Brilliant staff who put on an excellent evening with traditional music, dance, horse dancing and cooking. A campfire to sit and watch the stars. This was a truly unique stay that you must try! I would pay a lot more for this experience, it really exceeded expectations.

The host, Hasan, is such a lovely person. We had a privilege to meet his family. Every night he would start a fire in front of accomodation. Everything was super clean. Host helped us by cooking two dinners and helped us to find contacts in Douz. Thank you Hasan, and thank to your family :)

L'Oasis Zarga mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Ksar Ghilane. It was an amazing experience something you have to try… stay at the camp is totally safe, and make a favour to ur self go for the dinner at the dessert.. everyone was friendly even if they couldn’t speak in english. Totally worth it

Our stay in Douz was one of the best parts of our Sahara Desert road trip. The apartment is in the heart of the town, making it easy to walk anywhere. The location was even better than we hoped. The apartment itself was large, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the space felt open and welcoming. The host, Faoizi, was on another level. He was always ready to help and kept in touch with clear communication. One evening, we joined him at his café to watch the World Club Cup semifinal, which made us feel part of the community. The highlight of the stay was the 4x4 sunset jeep tour into the Sahara. It felt real and unique. We enjoyed Berber food cooked in the desert and over a cup of traditional tea while learning about local life. We arrived in Douz as guests but left feeling like friends.
