The owners were friendly and able to accommodate an early check in and late departure when our flight time was changed. The room was large and clean as was the bathroom whilst still retaining local charm. The bed was comfortable and shower powerful. The owner made us coffee and cake when we went back in the evening to sit and play cards. The breakfast was amazing - more food than we could eat and again made extra coffee when we asked. If you come to Herbal, and you should, then definitely stay here.

Something NOT to worry about in this hostel is the cleanliness. The bedsheets and the room are meticulous, the kitchen and the shower as well. The host is responsive and helpful. We loved our stay here, the room is very special and the entire building beautiful. The full included breakfast on the terrace outside was just wonderful. The hosts are so lovely and accommodating, they even picked us up at the train station and took us to the airport. A very cute town too. Highly recommended.
