The staff was incredible, the room was very comfortable and the bed was great and very big. The rooftop bar is a great place to see the sunset. We had some trouble with a tour we booked through Get Your Guide, and the staff was incredible at helping us book another, at 8PM for the next day. Very grateful, specially to Thomas and Kai. The breakfast was delicious too.

The staff and service was fantastic, especially Lily, who helped with very well priced airport transfers and any other requests we had. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the whole feel of the hotel, breakfast, everything was excellent. We fully recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Serene Central Hotel! The hotel is in a great location - very walkable to all the key sights in Hanoi. The breakfast is fantastic, and best of all was the very friendly and personalised service that the hotel staff provided during our stay. A particular shout out to Aiden, who always greeted us with a smile, gave us all the best food and sightseeing tips, and was available to help us with any request we had!

I was never so well received in a hotel, I arrived earlier in Hanoi and they not only kept our bags there until the room was ready, but gave us complimentary cake and juice and even allowed for a much earlier check-in. The staff is amazing, I don't come from a tipping culture but I just had to tip them for all they done. Room was nice, big and comfortable, if I return to Hanoi this is where I'm staying.

We had a funny balcony which was like a corridor. Bed was very comfortable. The outstanding feature of this hotel was the staff. They were the best. Always smiling and happy to see you.
