They offered us better rooms with a great view when we got there. The rooms were clean and with a powerful, hot shower. Any issues and requests were quickly resolved. The jeep tours were amazing, we were taken to some breathtaking places, including a sunset tour - enjoying hot Arabic tea, sitting in the middle of the beautiful Wadi Rum. I'm so glad we booked our camel rides through the camp, the camels we had were much healthier and cleaner than some other places we had seen during the trip. I can tell these animals are being well looked after. After a busy fun day, we had a delicious dinner in a lovely environment with the staff and other guests.

The facility is at the entrance of Wadi rum, so it is easy to get there by a car. Manager Hassan is a great guy with a sense of humor. All the staff are very nice. Food is good taste. We enjoyed the stay and the jeep tour.

Accolti da Eid, il gestore del Camp, ci siamo sentiti subìto a nostro agio. Il Camp è fantastico, la bubble ha tutti i servizi e le comodità di cui di necessita, pulita e spaziosa. Formidabile la cena, forse la migliore nel nostro tour giordano. Il giro in Jeep nel bellissimo deserto del Wadi Rum è stato indimenticabile. Straconsigliato!

If you're looking for an Bedouin experience, I highly recommend this camp. It’s family-run, and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. They arranged transport from Petra, which was a huge plus. The camp is located near the iconic Star Wars filming site, just a 20-minute round-trip walk away. Dinner was a real highlight, cooked underground in the traditional Bedouin style for three hours. They even walk you through the entire process, which was both fascinating and delicious. At night, the stargazing was incredible. With a stargazing app, we were able to spot Virgo and Scorpio constellations clearly. I felt very safe at the camp and slept well my room had a fan which made the stay comfortable. Breakfast was a traditional Arabic spread, fresh and tasty, with enough variety to make a full meal. Overall, it was an unforgettable and culturally rich experience.

We really enjoyed the stay here because it's in a protected area with a private bathroom that's not a "bubble". It's pricier than most of the camps, but a little extra was worth it for us. Despite this place not being full at all (there were 2 other groups than us, 3 total), the food and service were excellent. I was initially concerned about not having some service available due to the lack of tourists or a camp not being open, but that was not the case. The patio in front of each room was very nice, and we spent a ton of time. For one of the nights, there was a fire pit that you could enjoy with tea after dinner. We did a 4-hour jeep tour and a sunset camel ride, which were excellent choices. They took us on interesting hikes with beautiful views, and riding a camel was more enjoyable than we thought. It was such a magical stay, and I can't wait until I go back.
