Set in the countryside 6 km south of Florence, hu Firenze Certosa camping in town offers a restaurant and a summer outdoor pool. Impruneta is a 10-minute drive away. It was a great pleasure to find out that there is a special shuttle service from the campsite directly to the center of Florence and back. It really takes away the headache of getting around.

Camping Village Il Poggetto offers a variety of accommodation in the Tuscan countryside, 15 km outside Florence. It features swimming pools for adults and children, and a playground. The staff were extremely helpful. I had a problem prior to us staying and nothing was a problem. The mobile home had three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and the bus to Florence is just about at the gate. This was our second time staying there and would stay again.
