Absolutely everything! Host, Harshana is extremely helpful and great to talk to, fluent with english. The room is amazing: spacious, comfortable, 1000% spotless clean, and the views outside Your window just… wow! Hidden gem! (The food is great too!) (The dog is lovely as well!)

Beautiful accommodation in the hills surrounding Kandy. Actually some of my Kandy highlights were the lazy mornings and afternoons spent here. Punya is very responsive including when our train arrived later than expected, past 10pm, and also helped us arrange onward travel. Ravi is great, and made us feel very at home. He is also an excellent chef! The breakfasts are delicious, and we had something a little different each day. Thank you!

This was truly a hidden gem, we loved everything about our stay at Kandy River Lodge. The apartment was spotless with essentials for cooking if required. The view of the river from the balcony was beautiful. The host had water bottles tea and coffee available to us and offered us a complimentary transport from the train station. The host was available to help with any requests and very responsive. If you are staying in Kandy I would definitely recommend staying at Kandy River Lodge. If we get the opportunity to come back to Kandy we would definitely book again

The accommodation is special and beautifully set in a stunning natural environment. The staff were very kind and always willing to help, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Hands down the best spot during my two-week Sri Lankan trip! This suite offered a spacious, impeccably clean room equipped with modern amenities that made it feel just like home. The host went above and beyond, helping us arrange a reasonably priced Tuk Tuk for sightseeing in Kandy. Without a doubt, we'll return if we visit Kandy again.
