The atmosphere and surroundings added so much to the experience—it truly felt like a peaceful escape. Communication with the Patrick was smooth and friendly, making the entire stay effortless. It is just located 800m away from the south entrance of Parque Nacional Torres del Paine so it’s so convenient for us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Close to the city center The Staff / receptionist was very helpful and courteous in helping me out to get a taxi

Cabañas y Casa Kauken offers three cabins and one home accommodation in Puerto Natales. Free private parking is available on site. Wonderful stay overall and coming back to a hot tub after a very long day of hiking was superb. Everything was spotless and all instructions given were very specific. The host was incredibly gracious and even went above and beyond by picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. We will miss waking up to the beautiful mountain views from the cabin,
