There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. The chalet provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. I was worried at first that this might be the wrong choice, since it’s a bit far from the park entrance and the main hiking trail. But this place turned out to be absolutely magical. I would recommend it to anyone. While sitting outside on the little terrace, I saw so much wildlife right in front of the cabin: two types of monkeys, an agouti, parrots, a sloth, a squirrel, iguanas, tons of birds, and even a snake. The cabin itself is super comfortable. It feels cozy, and the bed is really nice. Also, it’s easy to catch a small shuttle or bus from here to both the main park entrance and the starting point of the hike to Cabo San Juan, which makes it a really convenient base. Truly an unforgettable stay in Tayrona.

The views are breathtaking. The location is in the middle of the jungle with a natural swimming pool with the river. The cacao and fruit tour is super interesting (highly recommend!). I can just recommend to stay here, we really loved it. Thanks again for everything. Highlight of our trip so far!

We booked the coffee tour on site where we learnt how the owners make their coffee and played with their two beautiful dogs. Perfect to relax and recharge!
