Rainbow Valley Lodge is located located in Monteverde Costa Rica, in the mountains of Monteverde. It offers lush gardens and rooms with free WiFi and fantastic mountain views. I can't say enough about Rainbow Valley Lodge. Our week here was like a little slice of heaven. The views are breathtaking. The bungalow we stayed in was so comfortable and cozy. We were able to cook when we didn't feel like going out. We kept it clean but housekeeping kept it spotless. They changed our towels out everyday, swept, ect. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a cute visitor everyday that we will miss. Leaving was the hardest thing to do.

Amazing place to stay. It's 20 minutes from town down narrow, steep, winding dirt roads, so make sure you have a car. Watch the video to understand the last road, which look like it goes nowhere. The place is at the end of that "road." Beautiful views from the dome. There's a decently equipped kitchenette, and oil and coffee are provided. Best place I ever stayed. And Carlos is so nice.

The location was good near of the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The house is in middle of a forest and is really quiet and is easy to see birds and monkeys. The pool is really nice and the beach is near walking. The house was clean and have all we need to enjoy the week we spend there.

We were even allowed to use the washing machine, which was highly appreciated.

In the middle of a natural forest, perfect wooden cabins. The room is large and includes a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. A warm hostess who helps with anything you need. We felt like we were in heaven. Highly recommended.

This place is perfect for any traveler, and it’s also a fantastic opportunity for volunteers looking for an authentic experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Costa Rica!

This is like luxury camping, where the place is a mix between a tent and an apartment. We had a nice view of the mountains, which we enjoyed from our terrace with a hammock, and we cooked on the gas stove. It was so peaceful. My biggest fear was sleeping without air conditioning, but we slept well. The beds are comfortable, and the fan and fresh air were sufficient for good sleep.
