The huts are so cute and comfortable and the owner was amazing and made us feel very welcome! We were invited to a pizza evening, breakfast was served outside in the beautiful garden and we loved spending time with all the lovely dogs and cats. We loved that the Ecolodge was out of the city of Huaraz & that all we could hear was the sound of the river. We loved the room & the hammocks in the chill area in the garden. We also loved hanging out with the dogs, the cat & the chicken 😃. The breakfast was great & the family was super friendly & helpful. Walking us to the lodge in the dark & even coming with us into town at 4.30am to make sure we got the right bus for our hike to Laguna 69.
