Awesome views, thermals baths were an amazing way to recharge after a day of hiking. Family style dinner with all guests (it is a small accomodation so it was about 8 of us) was lovely. Don’t expect too much luxury but for such a remote place and at this price it was more than I wished for.

Wonderful place, super friendly staff that makes sure you are being taken care of, and the view from our room was just breathtaking. They take outstanding care of the property, too, growing variety of flowers, and everything is spotless clean. Their Quinoa restaurant serves the best meals we ve tasted during our three week trip. Surrounded by greenery and hills at the bottom of the Sangelle Valley and offering an outdoor pool and free breakfast, Oasis Paraiso Ecolodge is located in Cabanaconde. They have a very nice pool, the room with a private bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can get a dinner for 25 soles and it was pretty good.

Llahuar Lodge is located along the trekking circuit of the Colca Canyon in Arequipa, approximately a 5-hour walk from the town of Cabanaconde, right at the union of the Colca and Huaruro rivers. Location and how cool it was to have a hot spring next to the river. The staff was very sweet, the mother hugged us as we left it was so cute.
