Super convenient for passing through Lima! Shuttle is super easy to use and takes the stress of finding or organizing a taxi. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of variety! And, friendly and helpful staff. We had a great stay!

Breakfasts were plentiful and coffee was excellent. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates by one day. The host was able to accommodate changing the date and only charged a minimal amount extra because he only had a double instead of single room available. Great location. I was able to walk everywhere, along the coast walkway, as well as to catch the airport shuttle.

So clean and comfortable. Free shuttle bus is brilliant and I highly recommend using it. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Very good value.

Perfect location, felt very safe walking in the area even at night. Very nice house with a homely feel and spotlessly clean. The host was super helpful with advice regarding the area and with arranging shuttle to and from the airport. Very good home cooked breakfast. This Holiday Inn offers a better experience than hotels of the same brand in other countries which tend to be budget whereas this one is a proper 4 star hotel. - Bed linen is soft and comfortable - Tv has all sorts of streaming services - Air conditioning works well - Room is very large and new - Buffet breakfast is good - Free shuttle bus is convenient - Fridge inside the room works well - 2 bottles of complimentary water

Perfect location in Miraflores, very close to the bus station for the airport shuttle and to the ocean for some amazing views. Very nice boutique hotel, delicious breakfast in a cozy ambiance and amazing staff, who even remembered everyone’s name and made us feel so welcomed. I even liked the sheets and pillows. 🤩 Thank you, Belma B&B, I hope to experience this again.

Guadeloupe has been the most wonderful, caring and warmhearted host we had during our trip through Peru. We stayed at her flat in Miraflores in a safe walking distance to Kennedy Parc. We got a delicious fruitsalad right after our arrival. The breakfast was better than in some "big" hotels. My flight left quite early in the morning, but Guadeloupe prepared a little breakfast to go and woke up in the middle of the night to make sure I'll get to my shuttle safely. I would definitely recommend to stay at her place.
