We initially booked 2 nights at Sapa Pine Hill and extended one more night because we had a really good time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we felt like being part of their group :) breakfast is very good and they have a great coffee shop with amazing coffee. Everything was clean and there is literally nothing to complain about. And Mr Ricky is the best. He helped us rent a motorcycle (which he replaced twice because of random issues), recommended us where to eat and have drinks and gave us many tips and tricks for the area. After checking out we had to come 5 more hours back to Sapa before leaving to Hanoi and he invited us to leave our luggage at the hotel. I am writing this review from the coffee shop terace. I definitely recommend this hotel, it's an experience. And no, Mr Ricky or the staff didn't ask us to write this. I do it because I feel it needs to be shared. Thanks!

Terletak di Sa Pa, Sapa Eco Bungalows & Spa menawarkan penginapan dengan kolam renang luaran sepanjang tahun, WiFi percuma, taman dan lounge berkongsi. Wonderful staff. We had a short stay and stayed in the Bungalow for a well needed rest. Great massage and good food (although a bit more pricey then elsewhere). Good value for money. We did not book a hike through them, but if we come back to Sapa i can definitely imagine coming back here and doing so. They helped us book a taxi for our late check in (after Midnight). The air conditioning kept us warm in an otherwise chilly Sapa.

The breakfast was too notch and the meals there are very good and affordable! We did a few hikes right from the property and rented a motorbike. The owner gave us recommendations on what to do everyday and it was a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful property away from the center of Sa Pa, which was really nice. Extremely kind staff and we loved to spend the night with the family, singing karaoke and eating hot pot for the first time. Food was also very good, we ate there every evening. Room was spotless with a beamer which was a huge plus and a beautiful balcony with great views!

Such a nice place, with beautiful views and calm! The staff is super helpful and make us comfortable, giving us tips and help in everything we needed. The place is perfect for those who like nature.

Terletak di Nậm Hoắc, Cinnamon Eco Lodge menawarkan WiFi percuma, dan tetamu boleh menikmati taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres. Our visit was an authentic Vietnamese experience. My granddaughter and I loved being there and the people were so generous and kind. The food was excellent and we loved the welcome cinnamon tea!
