Great location, walking distance to most places. The staff is very kind and provided helpful infos. The breakfast is tasty, but if it was needed to leave earlier then breakfast starts, then there was an option to have a sandwich to go. They manage transfer to airport too on affordable price. Very central location, a little noisy, there are many buses in the street. But overall a great place. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. They a have a great taxi contact that helped us out several times in San Jose.

the room was extremely comfortable, the bed especially. it was large, bright and with a beautiful view on San Jose. The service is great, people are very helpful and the breakfast options were great too :) we had pinto de gallo as a traditional breakfast and it was really really good !
