⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh, and I must say it was an outstanding experience that exceeded all my expectations. I want to give special recognition to Mr. Moutz Abdelgani, who truly was our “memory designer” throughout our stay. He expertly managed our booking from start to finish and provided the exceptional level of service we’ve come to expect from this establishment. What made this visit particularly special was that Mr. Abdelgani went above and beyond our expectations, delivering service that surpassed even our previous wonderful experiences. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for ensuring our comfort made our stay truly memorable. Elisir Spa & Hotel was everything we hoped for on our honeymoon. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every detail felt just right. What made it truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible hospitality of Mr. Hamid. From the moment we arrived, he ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. Our room was beautifully prepared with complimentary touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Throughout our stay, Mr. Hamid was attentive, kind, and always available if we needed anything. He was also very understanding about our early morning departure. Our flight was at 6:30 a.m., and he not only arranged a late checkout but also personally drove us to the airport at 4 a.m. That level of care and generosity is something we will never forget. Thank you, Mr. Hamid, for making our honeymoon so special. We are truly grateful, you’ve set the bar incredibly high. Hopefully, until soon again!

Excellent food, offer of all-inclusive was very wide and tasty (food and also drinks). Super clean pools and aquapark equipment for small children and older separately. Each pool and slide was in operation, despite the fact that it was not the main season. We had no enought time to try everything :D. Very big rooms (we had 2 x swim-up rooms) with private pool for several rooms together and all necesary equipment. We really didn't miss anything in the room for us and also for children. I must to thank especially for kettle, because of early morning coffe. (Instant coffe, tea and 2 bottles of water were everyday in our room). Rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day. In price was very good internet that works in room and also in outdoor (1GB for room daily) what was enough for common usage. Outdoor - beautiful and clean garden with playground for children. We also realy liked a short walk to the beach through partners resort on the opposite side of road. Walk was cca. 1km. We feel secure from airport to hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. We used to thank for their services with the small tips. We were there in the beginning of 03/2023 with 3 children (3, 4 and 9y) and we enjoy our stay a lot. It was good for us that there was not so hot and also not so many people in resort. In this period water in pools or sea can be a little colder but we swim everyday without problem. We are a little sad that we could not use the services of the animators at pools during the day and participate in the evening program because of the small children. We believe that next year we will enjoy it even more. In any case we plan to take holiday here in the same period next year. So see you :)

The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!
